History
NewGen Technologies, Inc. is a publicly-listed company (OTCBB:
NWGN.OB) with subsidiaries focused on providing advanced fuels
with increased performance and decreased harmful emissions for
all petroleum engine use.
NewGen's
"ReFuel America" subsidiary (ReFuel America, Inc. US) is a fuel
production and distribution company engaged in the development
of fuel technology which can increase an automobile's miles per
gallon while providing cleaner fuel emissions by changing the
property of fuel to allow more complete combustion.
ReFuel intends to utilize its patent
pending technology to produce the following fuel products, which
it plans to distribute in both the wholesale and retail segments
of the fuel marketplace:
- Ethanol - fuel ethanol is a clean-burning,
high-octane fuel that is produced from renewable sources. At its
most basic, ethanol is grain alcohol, produced from crops such
as corn.
- E10
- a combination of gasoline and anywhere from 5 to 10% ethanol
based upon a customer's fuel specifications
- E85 - a
blend of 85% fuel ethanol and 15% gasoline
- Biodiesel
- fuel comprised of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids
derived from oils or fats, designated B100, and meeting the requirements
of ASTM D6751.
- B20 - a
blend of 20% biodiesel and 80% conventional diesel
- Premium Diesel -
conventional diesel enhanced by ReFuel's technology
- E-Diesel
- a combination of up to 10% ethanol and conventional diesel
